FEES
- Application Fee: $100 per person (18+) — non-refundable
- Administration Fee: $225 — non-refundable
- Security Deposit: equal to one full month’s effective rent
- Pet Fee: $500 per pet — non-refundable
- Maximum of 2 animals per home
- Breed restrictions apply
- Maximum combined pet weight: 100 lbs
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
- Renter’s Insurance: minimum $100,000 personal liability coverage required prior to move-in
