NEW 19-STORY MIXED-USE TOWER DOWNTOWN ORLANDO

NEW 19-STORY MIXED-USE TOWER DOWNTOWN ORLANDO

Plans have been filed to build a new 19-story mixed-use tower in Downtown Orlando anchored by a 256-room luxury hotel.

The hopeful new hotel would be a Radisson Blu brand which they describe as “upper upper scale” with a “yes I can” service philosophy. This, if approved, would be one of the first Blue hotels in the country, following Chicago and Minneapolis.

The site in question includes 319 N. Magnolia Avenue and the surrounding lots, just south of Skyhouse.

Besides the hotel piece, other features would include 5,000 SF +/-  ground floor retail and 40 new multi-family residential units. The hotel would also include a ballroom and meeting spaces. Parking is planned to be accommodated in a neighboring private parking garage, located at 305 N. Palmetto Avenue. #downtownorlandocondos
