Live. Work. Lofts. The China Glass Warehouse building is one of the very few early 20th century warehouses remaining in Central Florida. Built in 1923, the facility was originally used as an automobile dealership and then later as a china glass storage and distribution center—thus the name China Glass Warehouse. The building sat vacant for many years and was nearly demolished until Eola Land Company, Inc. purchased it in 1998 and the warehouse was divided into 20 units and sold as raw loft space for build out. Today, the building stands as a significant reminder of Orlando’s history of commerce and architecture. The China Glass Warehouse spaces are the only true lofts in Orlando. Each loft is different and reflects its own personality and character. The building is zoned commercial/residential and lofts are live/work professional spaces.
